Compass Group is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for its food service operation at Portland State University in Portland, Oregon. The role directs associates during a shift, maintains policies and procedures, creates schedules, trains and evaluates workers, prepares production or sales reports, and handles employee complaints and requests. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with online applications accepted until the position is filled. Applicants need at least one year of leadership or supervisory experience in a food service or hospitality setting.
