ESFM is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor to direct associates during a specific shift, ensure job expectations and policies are met, create work schedules, train workers, evaluate performance, prepare reports, and handle employee complaints or time-off requests. The position is based at 23700 West Bluff Road, Channahon, Illinois, with Wednesday–Saturday shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., and requires prior supervisory experience, stand-up forklift operating experience, and previous janitorial experience. Pay is $19.00 to $19.50 per hour, with full-time benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
