TouchPoint Support Services is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for Ascension St Vincent in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role directs associates during a specific shift, oversees completion of job expectations, maintains policies and procedures, creates work schedules, trains employees, evaluates performance, prepares production or sales reports, and serves as an employee contact for complaints and time-off requests. The position is on the first shift with rotating weekends, pays $17.00 to $20.00 per hour, and accepts online applications on an ongoing basis until the opening is filled.
