Morrison Healthcare is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor at ATRIUM HEALTH UNION in Monroe, North Carolina. The role directs associates during a shift, maintains policies and procedures, creates schedules, trains workers, evaluates performance, prepares production or sales reports, and handles employee complaints or time-off requests. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with alternating weekend shifts. Previous supervisory and short-order experience is required, and the pay range is $18.85 to $21.00 per hour.
