TouchPoint Support Services is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor at its Henry Ford St John location in Detroit, Michigan. The role directs associates during a shift, oversees completion of job expectations, maintains policies and procedures, creates schedules, trains workers, evaluates performance, prepares reports, and handles employee complaints and time-off requests. The schedule may vary between 3:00 PM and 11:30 PM or 11:00 PM and 7:30 AM, with prior supervisory experience preferred.
