Compass Group is hiring an immediate full-time Shift Supervisor for Habit Burger at the University of Nevada, Reno campus. The role supervises hourly associates during a shift, supports recruiting, hiring, training, onboarding, scheduling, performance evaluation, and compliance with food safety, service, quality, and productivity standards. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, pays $22.00 to $23.00 per hour, and requires prior experience in team lead or staff supervisory roles.
