Compass Group is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for its food service operation at Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York. The role directs associates during a shift, oversees completion of job expectations, maintains policies and procedures, creates schedules, trains workers, evaluates performance, prepares production or sales reports, and handles employee complaints and time-off requests.
