Unidine is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for Preakness Healthcare in Wayne, New Jersey. The role directs associates during a specific shift, oversees completion of job expectations, maintains policies and procedures, creates schedules, trains workers, evaluates performance, prepares production or sales reports, and handles employee complaints or time-off requests.
