Compass Group is hiring an immediate full-time Shift Supervisor for its food service program at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The role directs associates during a specific shift, maintains policies and procedures, creates work schedules, trains employees, evaluates performance, prepares production or sales reports, and handles employee complaints or time-off requests.
