Compass Group is hiring an immediate full-time Shift Supervisor at St. Mary's College of Maryland. The role directs associates during a shift, oversees job expectations, maintains policies and procedures, provides training, creates schedules, evaluates performance, prepares production or sales reports, and handles employee complaints or time-off requests. Previous food service and front-of-house experience is required, and evening and weekend availability is required. The fixed pay rate is $17.00 per hour, with a $50 safety shoe allowance, free shift meal and uniform, and access to the student gym.
