Crothall is hiring an immediate full-time Shift Supervisor for its Ochsner Monroe Environmental Services location in Monroe, Louisiana. The role directs associates during a shift, maintains policies and procedures, creates schedules, trains workers, evaluates performance, prepares reports, handles complaints and time-off requests, and mentors employees. The schedule is 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. with rotating weekends and holidays, and the pay range is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.
