Compass Group is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for its food service program at the University of Chicago. The role directs shift activities, trains and schedules associates, evaluates performance, prepares production or sales reports, and supports quality, productivity, safety, and employee concerns. The position offers $25.00 to $27.00 per hour, includes weekends and some holidays, and has an anticipated start in the third week of September. Prior supervisory experience in the food service industry is required.
