Crothall is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for its Environmental Services team at Chenango Memorial Hospital in Norwich, New York. The role directs associates during a specific shift, oversees completion of job expectations, maintains policies and procedures, creates work schedules, trains employees, evaluates performance, prepares reports, and serves as a contact for employee complaints and time-off requests. Prior supervisory or management experience in housekeeping is preferred. The schedule may include rotating weekends and three holidays, and the pay range is $19.00 to $20.00 per hour.
