Compass Group is hiring an immediate full-time Shift Supervisor for its University of Wisconsin food-service operation in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The role directs associates during a specific shift, maintains policies and procedures, creates schedules, trains workers, evaluates performance, prepares production or sales reports, and handles employee complaints and requests. The position requires prior supervisory experience, offers a rotating weekend and PM schedule, and pays $16.00 to $22.00 per hour.
