Morrison Living is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for its Baptist Health Nursing & Rehab facility in Schenectady, New York. The role directs associates during a shift, oversees completion of job expectations, maintains policies and procedures, creates schedules, trains employees, evaluates performance, prepares production or sales reports, and serves as an employee contact for complaints and time-off requests.
