Compass Group is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for its University of Idaho food-service operation in Moscow, Idaho. The role directs associates during a shift, oversees job expectations, maintains policies and procedures, creates schedules, trains workers, evaluates performance, prepares production or sales reports, and handles employee complaints and time-off requests. Prior supervisory experience is preferred, but training is available. The position pays $20.00 to $22.00 per hour and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits for full-time associates.
