Compass Group is hiring an immediate full-time Shift Supervisor for its food-service operations at Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri. The role directs associates during assigned shifts, maintains policies and procedures, creates schedules, trains and evaluates workers, prepares production or sales reports, and handles employee complaints and requests. The schedule runs Monday through Saturday with varying hours, and the pay range is $16.00 to $20.00 per hour. Prior management experience is required, and applications are accepted online on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
