TouchPoint Support Services is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor at its St Vincent Kokomo location in Kokomo, Indiana. The role directs associates during a specific shift, maintains policies and procedures, creates schedules, trains workers, evaluates performance, prepares reports, handles employee complaints and time-off requests, and mentors employees. The schedule is Monday through Friday with rotating weekends and holidays, and the pay range is $19.50 to $22.00 per hour. Previous supervisory experience in a healthcare setting is required, and applications are accepted online on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
