The role directs associates during a shift, oversees completion of job expectations, maintains policies and procedures, creates work schedules, trains employees, evaluates performance, prepares production or sales reports, and serves as an employee contact for complaints or time-off requests. Previous kitchen supervisory experience is preferred, and the position pays $19.76 to $22.80 per hour.
