Compass Group is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for its facilities management operations at 3774 S Keller Rd, Vincennes, Indiana. The role directs associates during a shift, oversees completion of job expectations, maintains policies and procedures, provides training, creates schedules, evaluates performance, prepares reports, and handles employee complaints and time-off requests. The schedule is Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday, with hours subject to variation. Applicants must have at least two years of janitorial experience and one year of leadership experience.
