Compass Group is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for its food service operation at the University of North Alabama in Florence, Alabama. The role directs associates during assigned shifts, creates schedules, trains and evaluates workers, prepares production or sales reports, handles employee complaints and time-off requests, and supports employee development. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with weekend availability, and applications are accepted online on an ongoing basis until the position is filled. Pay is $15.00 to $17.50 per hour, with full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other programs.
