Morrison Healthcare is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for Inova Fairfax Hospital in Falls Church, Virginia. The role directs associates during a shift, oversees completion of job expectations, maintains policies and procedures, provides training, creates schedules, evaluates performance, prepares production or sales reports, and serves as an employee contact for complaints or time-off requests. The position offers rotating day shifts, rotating weekends, and a $750 sign-on bonus, with pay of $20.00 to $20.50 per hour.
