Compass Group is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. The role directs associates during a specific shift, oversees job expectations, maintains policies and procedures, creates work schedules, trains employees, evaluates performance, prepares production or sales reports, and handles employee complaints or time-off requests.
