The role runs from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with varying days and rotating weekends, and pays $26.00 per hour. The supervisor directs shift activities, creates schedules, trains and evaluates employees, prepares production or sales reports, handles employee complaints and time-off requests, and mentors workers.
