Compass Group is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for its First Line food service operation at 2620 Conti Street in New Orleans, Louisiana. The role directs associates during a shift, creates schedules, trains workers, evaluates performance, prepares production or sales reports, and handles employee complaints and requests. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with online applications accepted and a pay range of $16.00 to $16.50 per hour. Previous K-12 food service management experience is required, and the position may be subject to temporary layoffs during school breaks.
