Fresh Ideas is hiring an immediate full-time Shift Supervisor at Williams Baptist University in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas. The role directs associates during a specific shift, oversees job expectations, maintains policies and procedures, creates schedules, trains workers, evaluates performance, prepares production or sales reports, and handles employee complaints or time-off requests. Prior cooking and supervisory experience is required; ServSafe certification is preferred. The schedule may vary across weekdays, weekends, evenings, and nights, with pay of $15.00 to $16.00 per hour and benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other programs.
