Compass Group is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for its Hazleton, Pennsylvania facility. The role directs associates during a Sunday–Wednesday 7:00 p.m.–5:30 a.m. shift, oversees completion of job expectations, maintains policies and procedures, provides training and scheduling, evaluates performance, prepares reports, handles employee complaints and time-off requests, and may mentor employees.
