Compass Group is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for its food service operation at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. The role directs associates during assigned shifts, maintains policies and procedures, creates schedules, trains employees, evaluates performance, prepares production or sales reports, and handles employee complaints and time-off requests. Food service and supervisory experience are required, while training is available. The schedule is Monday through Friday with hours that may vary, and the pay range is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.
