Morrison Healthcare is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for its Uchicago Advent Health Bolingbrook Hospital in Bolingbrook, Illinois. The role directs associates during a shift, oversees completion of job expectations, maintains policies and procedures, provides training and scheduling, evaluates performance, prepares production or sales reports, and serves as an employee contact for complaints or time-off requests. The schedule is Monday through Friday with rotating weekends, and the pay range is $19.50 to $22.50 per hour. Prior supervisor experience is preferred, and full-time positions include medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
