Compass Group is hiring an immediate full-time Shift Supervisor at Anderson University in Anderson, Indiana. The role directs associates during a shift, maintains policies and procedures, creates schedules, trains and evaluates workers, prepares production or sales reports, and handles employee complaints and requests. Prior barista experience is required, while supervisory experience is preferred. The schedule is full time with days varying and hours from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with pay of $17.00 to $18.00 per hour.
