TouchPoint Support Services is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor at its Henry Ford Providence Southfield location in Southfield, Michigan. The role directs associates during a shift, oversees completion of job expectations, maintains policies and procedures, creates schedules, trains workers, evaluates performance, prepares production or sales reports, and serves as an employee contact for complaints or time-off requests.
