Crothall is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for Saint Francis Medical Center in Monroe, Louisiana. The role directs associates during assigned shifts, oversees completion of job expectations, maintains policies and procedures, creates work schedules, trains workers, evaluates performance, prepares reports, and handles employee complaints and requests. The schedule includes 10:00 pm–6:30 am and 2:00 pm–10:30 pm, with varying days. Prior supervisory experience is required, and the fixed pay rate is $16.00 per hour.
