Morrison Healthcare is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for Effingham Hospital in Springfield, Georgia. The role directs associates during a shift, oversees completion of job expectations, maintains policies and procedures, creates work schedules, trains employees, evaluates performance, prepares production or sales reports, and serves as an employee contact for complaints or time-off requests. The schedule is 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., with possible day variations, and the fixed pay rate is $17.00 per hour.
