Compass Group is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for its Bank of America catering and hospitality location at 1114 Avenue of the Americas in New York, New York. The role directs associates during a shift, oversees job expectations and policies, provides training, creates schedules, evaluates performance, prepares production or sales reports, and handles employee complaints or time-off requests. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with evening and night availability required. Previous catering and hospitality experience is required, and the fixed pay rate is $30.00 per hour.
