Compass Group is hiring an immediate full-time Shift Supervisor at St. Mary's College of Maryland. The role directs associates during a specific shift, oversees job expectations, maintains policies and procedures, provides training, creates schedules, evaluates performance, prepares production or sales reports, and handles employee complaints or time-off requests. The schedule is Sunday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Monday through Thursday from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Previous food service and front-of-house experience is required, and the fixed pay rate is $17.00 per hour.
