Compass Group is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for its foodservice operation at Army Fort Drum, New York. The role directs associates during a shift, maintains policies and procedures, creates schedules, trains workers, evaluates performance, prepares production or sales reports, and handles employee complaints and requests. The position operates seven days a week with two shift options and pays $21.00 per hour plus a separate $5.09 per hour SCA Health & Welfare benefit for eligible paid hours.
