Morrison Healthcare is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for its Valley Baptist Medical Center in Brownsville, Texas. The role directs associates during a specific shift, oversees completion of job expectations, maintains policies and procedures, creates schedules, trains employees, evaluates performance, prepares production or sales reports, and serves as an employee contact for complaints or time-off requests. The schedule is Wednesday 12:00 pm to 6:50 pm, Thursday and Friday 6:30 am to 6:50 pm, and Saturday 5:00 am to 6:50 pm. Previous food service experience is required, and the fixed pay rate is $14.00 per hour.
