Compass Group is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for Landmark College in Putney, Vermont. The role directs associates during assigned shifts, maintains policies and procedures, creates schedules, trains workers, evaluates performance, prepares production or sales reports, and handles employee complaints or time-off requests. The schedule is Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with pay of $20.00 to $22.00 per hour.
