Compass Group is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for its JFK Capital One Lounge at JFK International Airport in Jamaica, New York. The role directs associates during a shift, maintains policies and procedures, creates schedules, trains workers, evaluates performance, prepares production or sales reports, and handles employee complaints or time-off requests. The schedule may vary between 1:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m., with online applications accepted only. Previous airport lounge supervisory experience is required, and the fixed pay rate is $25.50 per hour.
