Compass Group is hiring an immediate full-time Shift Supervisor for its Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Science campus. The role directs associates during a shift, oversees job expectations, maintains policies and procedures, provides training, creates schedules, evaluates performance, prepares production or sales reports, and handles employee complaints or time-off requests. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday with hours that may vary, and the position pays $22.00 to $24.00 per hour. Prior supervisory experience is required, and applications are accepted online on an ongoing basis until the opening is filled.
