Compass Group is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for its University of Maryland: Baltimore County food-service campus. The role directs associates during a shift, maintains policies and procedures, creates schedules, trains workers, evaluates performance, prepares production or sales reports, and handles employee complaints.
