Compass Group is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor at 2022 Ashland Road, Rockville, Virginia. The role directs shift activities, trains and schedules associates, evaluates performance, prepares reports, handles employee requests, and supports quality, productivity, and safety. Employees are assigned to Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday schedules, with temporary Monday–Friday work during startup and construction clean phases. The position pays $21.00 per hour and includes a $500 sign-on bonus paid after 90 days of employment. Previous supervisory experience is required; warehouse and janitorial experience is a plus.
