Compass Group is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for its University of Pittsburgh food service operation. The role directs associates during a specific shift, oversees completion of job expectations, maintains policies and procedures, creates work schedules, trains employees, evaluates performance, prepares production or sales reports, and serves as an employee contact for complaints or time-off requests. Prior banquet captain, supervisory, and catering server experience is required, and the position pays $25.00 to $30.00 per hour.
