Morrison Healthcare is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor at its Bascom Palmer location in Miami, Florida. The role directs associates during a shift, oversees completion of job expectations, maintains policies and procedures, provides training, creates schedules, evaluates performance, prepares production or sales reports, and serves as an employee contact for complaints or time-off requests. The schedule is Monday through Friday with rotating weekends, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and prior food service experience is preferred. The fixed pay rate is $20.00 per hour, and full-time employees receive medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
