Morrison Healthcare is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for its Mayo Clinic location in Jacksonville, Florida. The role directs associates during a shift, oversees completion of job expectations, maintains policies and procedures, creates work schedules, trains employees, evaluates performance, prepares production or sales reports, and serves as an employee contact for complaints or time-off requests. The position requires prior food service and supervisory experience, offers a Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m. schedule, and pays $23.50 per hour.
