Crothall Healthcare is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for its The Oaks on Parkwood facility in Bessemer, Alabama. The role directs associates during a shift, oversees completion of job expectations, maintains policies and procedures, creates schedules, trains workers, evaluates performance, prepares reports, and serves as an employee contact. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred, and rotating weekend availability is required.
