Compass Group is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for its food-service campus at the University of Maryland - Baltimore County. The role directs associates during a shift, maintains policies and procedures, creates schedules, trains and evaluates workers, prepares production or sales reports, and handles employee complaints and requests. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with some nights and weekends, and applications are accepted online until the position is filled. Pay is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other employee programs.
