Crothall is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for East Jefferson General Hospital in Metairie, Louisiana. The role directs associates during a shift, oversees completion of job expectations, maintains policies and procedures, creates schedules, trains workers, evaluates performance, prepares reports, and handles employee complaints and requests. Prior supervisory experience is preferred, and the schedule may include rotating weekends. The pay range is $17.00 to $22.00 per hour, with full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other insurance and wellness programs.
