Compass Group’s ESFM division is hiring full-time Shift Supervisors at 2489 Northwest 35th Avenue Road, Ocala, Florida. The role directs shift activities, oversees completion of job expectations, maintains policies and procedures, trains and schedules associates, evaluates performance, prepares reports, handles employee complaints and time-off requests, and may mentor employees. The schedule is Monday through Friday, either 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. to 3:30 a.m., with further details provided during the interview. Previous experience is required, and the pay range is $16.56 to $17.06 per hour.
