Compass Group is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for its ESFM facilities management division in Irving, Texas. The role directs associates during a specific shift, oversees completion of job expectations, maintains policies and procedures, provides training and schedules, evaluates and develops workers, prepares production or sales reports, and handles employee complaints and time-off requests. The position requires managerial experience, follows a Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m. schedule, and pays $22.50-$23.00 per hour.
